We can transport pets up to 40 kg to our facility for collection by your crematorium. For pets over 40 kg we can help arrange a direct collection by your preferred crematorium
If your pet is very anxious or defensive, let us know. We may recommend pre-visit medication for their comfort.
We must receive owner or authorised agent consent prior to or at the visit.
We may not be able to attend quickly enough in an emergency. If your pet is in acute distress and you cannot wait, please contact your nearest emergency vet.
We talk through your pet’s needs, your questions, and any wishes for the moment. You choose the spot that feels right.
A calm pre-medication helps your pet relax and drift to sleep comfortably, usually within a few minutes.
When you are ready, we proceed with the final medication while your pet is sleeping. It is quick and gentle.
Take the time you need. We can help with keepsakes, coordinate aftercare with your chosen provider, with clear updates.
Typical visit length: 45 to 75 minutes. Every pet and every family is different; we move at your pace.
Choose a quiet space with a comfy bed or blanket.
Keep a favourite toy, treat or music ready if you like.
Arrange parking and access for us. For apartments, please confirm lift access and unit buzzer.
Let us know about other pets or children so we can support them too.
If your pet struggles with strangers, let us know in advance. We can bring oral medication to help calm them.

All pricing is in AUD. Final pricing can vary based on pet size, appointment time, and travel. We will confirm the total before your visit is booked.
We provide in home pet euthanasia across Brisbane, as well as the Moreton Bay Region, Logan, and the Gold Coast.
